High Fructose Gel provides 55g of carbohydrate and 250 mg of sodium per gel that come from maltodextrin and fructose, with a 10:8 ratio.

This formulation based on “multi-transportable carbohydrates” has been shown through studies that in prolonged exercise the use of carbohydrates that are absorbed in the intestine by different transporters is the only way to increase the rate of assimilation and oxidation of exogenous carbohydrates above 60 g/hour.

MALTODEXTRIN:
