Description

The Obsidian series is built tough and designed for hunting in New Zealand’s unique fisheries.

Formed thousands of years ago during New Zealand’s turbulent and volcanic past, obsidian is one of the earliest natural tools known to man and was highly sought after for use in hunting tools due to its hardness, sharpness, and sleek black appearance.

Like its namesake, the Accurate Obsidian Medium OH Jigging Rod is built tough and designed for hunting in New Zealand’s unique fishing environment, offering the ultimate in performance and quality. Featuring Fuji 100% Silicon Carbide guides, a full-length Toray carbon fibre blank, full graphite componentry, and an oversized stripper guide, the Obsidian is designed to pull through where others fall short.

Chase the challenge of ever bigger fish thanks to Accurate’s Form-XC and C-Flex360 technology that delivers stability and strength over the length of the rod blank.

Target: Kingfish, Snapper, etc

Ideal use: Inshore/offshore – jigging, live baiting, light trolling
