American Pinball Limited Warranty:

American Pinball Inc. (“American Pinball”) warrants to the Distributor that each Pinball Machinedelivered to Distributor is free from defects in workmanship and free from defects in materials,pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty.

I.COVERAGE:The Limited Warranty covers defective workmanship and materials as follows tooriginal purchaser of Machine:

a.All parts of the Pinball Machine, excluding standard plastic, bumper post, rubber rings and wear& tear parts for90 daysfrom the date of invoice or shipment by Distributor; andb.The LCD monitor for1 Yearfrom the date of invoice or shipment by Distributor.

II.CONDITIONS:The original purchaser must register the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty bycompleting the Product Registration Form on the American Pinball Websitehttps:///support/register within fifteen days of purchase or invoice.

a. In the event of a warranty for the above Coverage to apply, the Original Purchaser must open atrouble ticket onor call 1 833-API-HELP (274-4357) or +1 224 4223191. Service related questions can also be sent via e-mail to service

b. Defective parts need to be sent to American Pinball at the purchaser’s expense, if the defectiveparts cannot be removed, the entire Pinball Machine will need to be returned to the Distributorfor repair or replacement. All parts returned must be properly packaged with an RMAtag/Trouble ticket then returned freight prepaid to the Sellers facility.

c. Any modification of the Pinball Machine or its software, improper repairs or attempts at repairswith non-American Pinball parts will void the Limited Warranty.

III.EXCLUSIONS:The Limited Warranty does not cover service, labor, or shipping and handling.Damage, wear, and/or breakage not caused by defective materials or workmanship shall not becovered by the Limited Warranty. Damage incurred during shipping and handling shall not becovered by the Limited Warranty.

IV.DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTY:The Limited Warranty, as set forth in this document, isthe only warranty.ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. THE WARRANTY OFMERCHANTABILITY IS DISCLAIMED. THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ISDISCLAIMED.

V.DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:This Warranty does not apply to any parts damaged due to improper
handling or due to improper installation, usage or alteration. In no event shall the Seller be heldliable for any anticipated profits, loss of profits, loss of use, accidental or consequential damagesor any other losses incurred by the customer regarding the purchase of an American Pinball, Inc. product.
